WEEKLY FISHING REPORT

Colorado River

The fishing on the Colorado remains excellent to Bonkers.  Deep nymphing and streamers are getting the job done.  the full moon had them a little off today but we still managed a lot of fish.South Platte: Dream Stream
Lot’s of fish in the river with the good  flow.  The brown’s are in and there are beds everywhere.  Best to arrive early before the fish run for cover in search of a football helmet.South Platte: Deckers
Deckers has been consistent lately.  Typical clear water tactics with 6x, and flies 18-24.  Eggs should start to do the job any day now.  The increased flow this week helped fishing.  The cloudy days have been the best for hatches and surface activity with BWO’s.
