Minturn Anglers Reservations and Cancellations Policy

Day Trips: Advance reservations are encouraged, but we also try our best to accommodate last minute requests. A $100 deposit is required at the time of bookings, which is fully refundable with 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to the trip. We fish in all weather conditions: rain, snow, sunshine – the fish don’t care so we don’t either.

Custom Multi Day Trips: We ask a 50% deposit for Multi Day/Corporate Trips. If you cancel 30 days or more before your trip you receive a full refund of your deposit (1/2 of the total trip cost). Full payment is due once you hit the 30th day before the 1st day of your trip. If you cancel inside the 30th day you are to be charged in full, unless we can fill your spots.

Destination Trips: All Deposits and Payments are non-refundable. The non-refundable cancellation policy is an industry standard. Finding replacements are ultimately the responsibility of the canceling party; however, we will make every effort to help locate a replacement angler should a cancellation be necessary. Finding a replacement for any Destination trip on short notice can be very difficult and, at times, impossible. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us immediately.
